With the solid collaborations between Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), France and full support from Phuket Provincial Administrative Organization, Phuket Roadshow to Nice became a great success with more than 30 travel agencies from Nice, Cannes & Monaco joining the function. President of Phuket Tourist Association, Khun Satirapong Na Takuathung delivered a keynote remarks mentioning the readiness for Phuket Tourism and Entrepreneurs to welcome French tourists with a new airport facilities and plan to improve infrastructures. Vice President of Phuket Tourist Association, Khun Bhummikitti Ruktaengam elaborated more on the updating as Phuket was designated from Unesco one of the creative cities on gastronomy.
Together with the government policy to pioneer Phuket “the smart city”. Those two main positive developments added some cultural ingredients and advanced technology alike to Phuket for better tourism atmosphere. The event was honored by Director Tourism Authority of Thailand, Khun Areerat Chunprapanusorn and President of Thai Hotel Association (Southern Chapter), Khun Krisda Tanaakul attending the function and kindly brought a special prizes to lucky person. Thai Airways International contributed two returned air tickets from Paris to Bangkok by A 380, plus Bangkok Airways complementarily provided domestic route Bangkok to Phuket, combined by hotel stays and spas with varieties of activities. Total of five lucky persons have been given such the privileges of special prizes and we look forward to welcoming them soon.
